The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health (OWH) hosted a virtual summit on Thursday, October 19, 2023, during the 4th Annual Observance of National Women’s Blood Pressure Awareness Week (NWBPAW).
The virtual summit highlighted innovative approaches to hypertension management and treatment through community initiatives to support women's heart health. The virtual summit presenters included subject matter experts with the OWH Self-Management Blood Pressure (SMBP) Program Champions and the Phase II awardees of the HHS Hypertension Innovator Award Competition.
