You can also print out our promotional flyer, PDF "Getting Active with the Woman Activity Tracker" (PDF, 922 Kb) that includes a quick-start program guide. This flyer is great for handing out at health fairs, doctor’s offices, or gyms. It’s also perfect to give to friends, family, or co-workers to encourage them to participate in the Woman Activity Tracker with you!

Planning Activities

The Woman Challenge, a feature of the Woman Activity Tracker, is part of National Women's Health Week, a weeklong health observance that empowers women to make their health a top priority. With the theme "It's Your Time," the nationwide initiative encourages women to take simple steps for a longer, healthier, and happier life.

Visit the National Women's Health Week web site all year to find:

  • Ideas for planning events.
  • Promotional materials, including partnership and media tools, fact sheets, and much more.
  • Activity registration — Between April 10 and June 10, 2009 you can register events and proclamations and give your activity national exposure!
  • Plus much more!
