Description: The purpose of the Women's Health Fair is to provide information to women on topics like breast health, reproductive health, nutrition/diabetes, healthy relationships, etc. We will be providing heart health screenings and facilitate referrals to those identified as needing follow up medical care. We will have community partners provide information on resources related to women's health. The event will only be open to patients of our service due to confidentiality.

This is a private event and is not open to the general public.

Fee: This is a free event
