Panic disorder



Panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder. Panic attacks are the most common symptom of this disorder. With panic disorder, the attacks are unpredictable, and people may have intense anxiety between panic attacks. People can learn effective ways to live with this disorder. But without treatment, panic disorder can keep people from carrying out normal routines, or even going to school or work.
