Mission Statement

The Office for Victims of Crime Resource Center (OVCRC) is an information clearinghouse for emerging victim issues including victim-related publications, and grants and funding opportunities. OVCRC is a component of the National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS) and provides access to the most comprehensive criminal justice library in the world. Information specialists will answer your questions using national and regional victimization statistics and OVCRC's well-established network of victim advocates and organizations.
