Alabama Coalition Against Rape (ACAR)
Mission Statement
The Alabama Coalition Against Rape is a statewide nonprofit organization working to prevent sexual violence in the State of Alabama. Specifically, ACAR works to: improve treatment and services to sexual assault victims, increase the reporting of sexual assaults, increase public awareness of sexual assault, and improve investigation and prosecution of sexual assault.
