Hill-Burton Facilities Compliance and Recovery
Mission Statement
DFCR manages the Hill-Burton Program to assure that obligated facilities provide free or reduced cost medical services to those persons who are uninsured and underinsured, and meet eligibility criteria, a large majority including women.
