The mission of the Oregon State Health Division is to protect and promote the health of all the people of Oregon. Protect individuals and communities against the spread of disease, injuries, and environmental hazards; promote and encourage healthy behaviors; respond to disasters and assist communities in recovery; and assure the quality and accessibility of health services.
