Mission Statement
Providing parents and professionals information, materials, and resources that help them successfully teach and nurture infants and children who are blind, visually and multi-impaired. To increase global awareness regarding the need for early and continuing intervention services for preschool children who are blind, visually or multi-impaired and to engage in activities to meet that need.
