Mission Statement

Our mission is to improve access to marrow donors for patients needing bone marrow transplants from unrelated donors. We are working to increase and diversify the national donor database by targeting Asian and Pacific Islander populations. Volunteers in six ethnic task forces do multicultural and multilingual outreach and recruitment in their respective communities throughout Southern California. A3M staff and volunteers speak many languages, including Chinese, Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog and Vietnamese. Our diversity is bound by the common goal of saving lives.
