Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breas
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Coat the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with oil. Combine the flour and seasonings in a paper bag. Dredge the chicken well in this mixture. Place the chicken in the pan and bake for 1 hour, turning once.
