Breastfeeding May Have Helped Through Milk Allergy

I have breastfed all 3 of my children, now ranging from 8 years to 21 months. I am currently still nursing my 21 month old and have found it to be a rewarding experience. My oldest has a milk allergy which was not detected until after I stopped nursing. I can't imagine what I would have gone through if I had fed him formula from the start, his allergy is just that severe. Breastfeeding is the best way to go in my opinion and has given me a new career path to tell others about the benefits.
