Before the first session

Order additional For Teens books and journals if parent has more than one child
checkboxAudio/Visual needs: laptop for BodyWorks presentation, TV/DVD player to play Let's Shop, Cook, and Eat Together DVD
checkboxPrint parent and caregiver hand-outs for each session*
checkboxOrder healthy snacks and/or beverages if desired for each session*
checkboxHave nametags for each participant for each session*
checkboxPurchase prizes/incentives for participants for each session*
checkboxProvide paper and pens for participants as needed
checkboxProvide flip board/chart for writing as needed

Please include: Date of training, type of training-parent/caregiver or train-the-trainer-location of training, and name of trainer.

* These items vary session by session. Please refer to the agenda for each session in your Parent and Caregiver Training Guide. Each includes a list of learning objectives and materials needed for each of the 10 sessions.
