Checklist: BodyWorks Train-The-Trainer

Before Training

	Promote your BodyWorks train-the-trainer session and begin to recruit potential trainers.
	Check out the trainer resources including recruitment and promotion materials: www.womenshealth.gov/bodyworks/trainers/
	Audio/Visual needs: laptop for BodyWorks presentation, TV/DVD player to play Let's Shop, Cook, and Eat Together DVD
	E-mail reminder to participants two days before training
	Order toolkits at www.womenshealth.gov/BodyWorks/trainers/ordering.cfm
	Print Train-the-Trainer & Parent and Caregiver training manuals and make PowerPoint CDs
	Order food and beverages (healthy breakfast, afternoon snack, water, coffee, and tea)
	Create nametags and tent cards
	Provide paper and pens for participants
	Provide flip board/chart for writing

	Provide participants with the BodyWorks website: www.womenshealth.gov/bodyworks, and point them to: Recruitment materials Toolkit ordering instructions Listserv instructions BodyWorks contact information
	Ask participants to fill out kit cards. Collect and send back to: Hager Sharp Attn: BodyWorks 1090 Vermont Ave NW, 3rd Floor Washington, D.C. 20005 Please include: date of training, type of training-parent/caregiver or train-the-trainer-location of training, and name of trainer.
